when i asked how to improve ux hub, you actually gave a piece of pointed feedback that focused on providing consistent value to members. this is far more than the feedback and attention most people tend to give. you didn’t remember this but i never forgot you after that.

You're extremely approachable despite your ambitious output.

in so many small things and people you seem to find so much meaning - I'm often left wondering "what is scott noting down?"

Your ability to restart is exceptional. I've seen you do so much, and leave so much behind with almost a supreme confidence that you will be capable to tackle whatever comes next. This includes:
- Doing your first startup, selling it
- Leaving Vancouver to go to SF. Then coming back to Vancouver
- Leaving everything to spend a term in Asia
- Dropping out of school

genuinely changed my brain chemistry

someone was giving a demo on computer hardware that was a bit too technical and information dense. you raised your hand and asked how this technology affected people’s lives. the way you looked for a branch of connection through shared human experience is an important lens for community builders to have.

You literally flew to Sri Lanka on a whim, built an app to enable deep reflection and self exploration, and rallied so many people around your missions in a way that feeds them as much as it feeds you!! This is all super special and not normal ahaha
